Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about Kaimera, the Founder Operating System.

What is Kaimera?

Kaimera is the Founder Operating System — an AI-powered executive team for solo founders and small teams. It tracks your decisions, drives execution through AI agents, and builds accountability over time. It's not a chatbot — it's structured executive state that compounds.

How is this different from ChatGPT or Claude?

Chatbots give you one conversation at a time. Kaimera gives you an orchestrated executive team: multiple AI agents with defined roles, hierarchy-aware collaboration, autonomous meetings, decision tracking, and persistent execution context. Your agents remember decisions, follow through on tasks, and learn your business over time.

What AI models does Kaimera use?

Kaimera routes through OpenRouter to access the best models from every major provider — including OpenAI (GPT-5.4), Anthropic (Claude Opus 4.6, Sonnet 4.6), and Google (Gemini 3.1 Pro). AI is included in your subscription — no API keys required. Each agent uses the model best suited to its role.

What integrations are available?

Kaimera integrates with Slack, Notion, GitHub, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, QuickBooks, Meta (Facebook + Instagram), and Telegram. We're adding more integrations regularly based on what founders actually need.

What's the tech stack?

We're transparent about how Kaimera is built: Supabase for database and auth, React for the frontend, OpenRouter for AI model routing, Node.js for the server, Cloudflare for edge security, and Fly.io for dedicated customer machines. Your data lives in Postgres. No black boxes. See our full technology stack →

Is my data secure?

Every customer gets a dedicated Fly.io Machine with its own kernel, memory, and network stack. Your data lives in Supabase Postgres with row-level security. API keys are encrypted and stored in an isolated secrets table. All traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.3. We never train AI models on your data. Learn more about our security →

How do I get started?

Sign up and Kaimera walks you through setting up your AI executive team in a conversational onboarding flow. AI models are included — no API keys or configuration needed. You'll have your first agent meeting within minutes. $10 of free AI compute is included — no credit card required.

What happens when I hit the free limit?

Every account starts with $10 of free AI compute — no time limit. We'll notify you at 50%, 80%, and 100% so there are no surprises. Once you hit the cap, your agents pause until you subscribe to Plus ($49.99/mo) or Pro ($99.99/mo). Paid plans refresh monthly. Your data, decisions, and conversation history are preserved — nothing is lost.

What is the Founding Operator Program?

Founding Operators is a small early cohort of founders using Kaimera in real workflows. They receive early access, early influence on product direction, a private founder channel, and 20% referral revenue from companies they introduce. We review every application personally. View the program →

How does the revenue share work?

Every Founding Operator gets a unique referral link. When someone you refer becomes a paying Kaimera customer, you earn 20% of their recurring subscription — paid monthly. The revenue share is capped at the first 100 customers you refer or 2 years from your acceptance date, whichever comes first.

What's expected of a Founding Operator?

We ask Founding Operators to use Kaimera in real workflows, share honest feedback as the platform evolves, and introduce other serious founders who could benefit. The goal is thoughtful participation, not unpaid labor.
